The Ladestatthof is beautifully located in Neustift in Stubaital amidst green meadows in summer and white snow-covered fields in winter. Guests of Ladestatthof enjoy free use of Stubai Super Card and BIG Family Stubai Summer and Winter Club.
Our lovingly arranged comfort rooms and apartments have a mountain-view balcony, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Wi-Fi is available for free.
In the morning, you enjoy a delicious breakfast with homemade and local farm products. It is served with fresh milk, yoghurt, cereals, bread, butter, cheese, sausage specialties, juices, coffee, tea, home-baked cakes and jams.
The old and the young are invited to experience farm life. Our cows, cats and rabbits give guests, especially kids the opportunity to get in touch with real animals. Our indoor and outdoor playground is a paradise for children, where they can play, jump and run around freely.

The Ladestatthof is located in the Stubaital valley, 1 km from Neustift and from the Elferlifte ski lifts and toboggan runs. The Schlick 2000 Ski Area can be reached by car or ski bus in 10 minutes and the Stubaier Glacier Ski Area is a 15-minute drive or ski bus ride away. The free ski bus stops just a 2-minute walk from the Ladestatthof. A storage and drying room for ski equipment is available on site.
During summer, you can go hiking and mountain biking or bathing in the nearby lake or in the public outdoor pool StuBay.
A pizzeria restaurant can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and various other restaurants and shops are located in Neustift.
